The 10/13/2025 procedural order required BED to file non-confidential attachments by Oct 17th. As of today, no such attachments have been filed. Attachment "Q1-11 McN Rate Year Expense.xlsx" and others should not be confidential information. For any attachment that BED claims is confidential, they should identify the document and provide an explanation why they believe the document is confidential.

The public was advised at the hearing that DPS would look into making public the documents that BED provided in response to the first round of discovery. I do not find any additional documents available for public review on ePUC. Can someone provide an update on providing those documents or an explanation why they cannot be made public? Thanks.
