This project violates the Rochester Town plan in many ways including:
-failure to seek co-location
-siting in a location visible from a scenic byway (route 100) and in a location visible from specifically-named locations such as the town green.
It violates the entire spirit of the town plan which is to protect our natural environment and the reasons people live and travel here - our scenic beauty and ecological health as well as to reduce flood events via increased impermeable conveyances.
