 Manchester is again confronted with a badly sited cell tower proposal in a recreation area zoned MU2, Riley Rink at Hunter Park. Our town plan & bylaws state telecom- munication towers aren't allowed in MU2. The 140-ft height exceeds permitted 130-ft. RRHP serves the areas children; ice-hockey, figure skating, soccer, summer concerts, festivals etc. A 140-ft cell tower with 4 additional carriers would wreck the beauty and character of our facility. Other locations that comply with zoning exist. Filed
