 Please vote against this rate design. The low income, low users of power already subsidize the wealthy thru WEC's net metering program. We do not need this change. My June electric bill would have gone from $51 to $62 with the new design, a 21% increase. this new design might be revenue neutral for WEC but I is certainly not for me. Filed
