Do not support a rate increase by GMP based on "returning to customers the benefits of the federal tax law changes". Offset would only be for 9 months.After 9 months customers would likely then see a substantial increase in electric bills for the previous remaining three months of the year when credit for those tax benefits would be ended. GMP should retain tax benefits and use them to offset their own operating expenses and not be permitted to increase rates. Acknowledged
