Now that you are logged in to ePUC, for the types of cases listed in the left navigation menu, you can:

• File a new case with the Commission
• File a motion to intervene in an existing Commission case
• See all cases that have been created in ePUC by you or anyone under your agency account

To file a new case, click on the appropriate type of case you would like to file from the list in the left navigation menu.

To see all cases that you (or someone in your company or government agency) have created, click the My Cases link above and you can see the list of cases in the My Existing Cases tab. You can then select an action you would like to perform in a particular case, including viewing the case or filing additional documents in the case.

To see all cases that you have initiated but have not yet submitted to the Commission, click the My Cases link above and go to My Unsubmitted Drafts tab. Please note that attached documents are not saved as part of your Unsubmitted Drafts; only information that you enter in fields is saved as an Unsubmitted Draft.
