There are two ways to create a new ePUC user account. First, if you work for a company or government agency that regularly does business with the Commission, your company probably already has an "agency account" and an employee of your company is the administrator of that account. You should contact that administrator to be added to the account. If you do not know who your agency administrator is, you may contact the Commission's ePUC system administrator at 802-828-2358 or puc.ePUCadmin@vermont.gov who can provide you with the appropriate name.
Second, if you are an individual who is not associated with a company or government agency that regularly does business with the Commission, select "Individual," above. You will be prompted to provide certain required information; the entire process will take only a few minutes.
