Our small rural community of Athens experiences power outages from almost every big storm that comes through — 10+ a year. With no cell phone service in the area, these prolonged outages are difficult, especially to our elderly neighbors who might not be able to get help if they need it. The town appreciates the work GMP has already done to try to reduce outages and hopes it can continue according to this plan.	Acknowledged
